← What we help move

People need to act. The message is not landing.

One broadcast rarely moves people - each group has its own reasons to engage or ignore it.

The real problem

One message is being asked to move very different people.

The message is usually not the problem. It is that one message is pushed at very different groups, through channels and voices they do not trust - each with different pressures and reasons to care. So what works for one means nothing to another.

What we clarify

The right message to the right people, from voices they trust.

01
Audiences
Who actually needs to move, group by group.
02
Messengers
Who each group already listens to and trusts.
03
Channels
Where each group actually pays attention.
04
Message
What each group needs to hear, in their own language.
05
Action
What you need each audience to do differently.
What changesOne broad message becomes a trusted approach people can act on.
Seen in - NSW Government cybersecurity

One generic campaign was being asked to shift action across eleven very different agencies. We built a tailored, agency-by-agency approach with a clearer way to measure real movement.

Common questions

Questions about change.

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, a 30-minute call will sort it.

What does BRND do to move people through change?

We help people act differently, not just hear about it. When a message is not landing - a new system, structure, policy or behaviour - we make it clear, relevant and trusted for each audience, so people actually change what they do.

Who is this for?

Leaders rolling out change inside an organisation. A new way of working, a restructure, a system, or a security or compliance behaviour - where the message needs to reach very different audiences and actually shift behaviour.

Why do change messages usually fail?

Because one generic message is sent to everyone. Different audiences need the same change explained in their own terms, from a messenger they trust - not a single broadcast from head office.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Success is behaviour, not awareness. We define the specific actions people should take and build the messaging and channels to move them there.

Where do you work?

Across Australia. Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and nationally, with public and private sector teams.

Need people to understand, trust or act differently?

Tell us what needs to change and who needs to move. The first paid step is the Engagement Sprint, where the audience-by-audience direction gets set before anything gets built.
