We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion settings. That work is never finished, so this page sets out what we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we are progressively adopting the additional criteria in WCAG 2.2. These are the guidelines referenced by the Australian Government's Digital Service Standard.
The site has not yet been through a formal independent accessibility audit, so we describe ourselves as working towards these standards rather than certified against them. We would rather be accurate about that than claim conformance we have not tested.
Being honest about the gaps is more useful than a blanket claim:
If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to know. Contact us at hello@brndgroup.com.au or call 1300 208 894.
It helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you were using. We will acknowledge your message within two business days and tell you what we can do and by when.
If you need information from this site in another format, ask us. We will provide it at no cost.
Come back to us first, so we have the chance to put it right. If we have not resolved things to your satisfaction, you can raise the matter with the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au.
