New offer. Not ready to sell yet.

If the offer is not clear yet, the marketing has nothing solid to carry.

The real problem

The new offer is not clear enough to sell yet.

You are not starting from zero - the business has trust, clients and a reputation. But the new offer is still in pieces: what exactly is sold, who buys it first, what it costs. Until that is clear, a launch is just promotion around an unfinished offer.

What we clarify

Turn the opportunity into something sellable.

01
Offer
What the new thing is, what it includes, what problem it solves.
02
First buyer
Who is most likely to say yes first.
03
Value
Why they would care now.
04
Model
How it makes money - product, service, program or pilot.
05
Message
One clear way to explain why it matters.
What changesThe new offer becomes something people can understand and buy.
Seen in - The Bucket List Accountant

An established accounting firm with deep client trust, but the new offer was undefined - buyer, model and price all unsettled. We gave it a clearer commercial direction and an order of approach.

Common questions

Questions before a launch.

Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, a 30-minute call will sort it.

What does BRND do for a launch?

We make a new offer ready to sell before you spend on launching it. That means settling what you are selling, who it is for and why it is worth choosing, so the launch has something solid to push, not just noise.

We already have a launch date - is it too late to bring you in?

No, but sooner is better. Even close to a date, we can settle the offer and message so the launch lands. The most expensive launches are the ones that go loud before the offer is clear.

What is the difference between a launch and a campaign?

A campaign is activity; a launch is a commercial event. It only works if the offer, audience and message underneath it are settled first. We make sure they are.

Do you run the launch, or just plan it?

Both are possible. We set the strategy in a Strategy Sprint, then build and run the launch with you, or brief your team to.

Where do you work?

Across Australia. Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and nationally.

Something new to launch, but not sure what happens first?

Tell us what you are launching and where it feels unclear. The first paid step is the Strategy Sprint, where the offer gets settled before anything gets built.
